5Six was born to the world as Carnell Newsom in Sacramento, CA June 28 1983. At the early age of 5 Carnells' father pasted away, and eventually Carnells' mother lost costody of her son. Fortunately, he was able to move to Oklahoma City and stay with his fathers side of the famliy. There his family knew he could have a better chance at being successful in life, or so they thought. Carnell still found his way to and through the streets experimenting with sex, drugs, alcohol, and violence. Somehow he manage to go to college at FAMU for a year, but later dropped out and ended up in Atlanta, GA. Struggling to find himself though his come up, 5Six hooked up wit a real Cali homie he could fuxx wit...Monee The Mac. Carnell finally found a true homie outside his natural family who then helped him to become a producer, outside of just being an artist. Monee also helped him understand musical engineering and more to the business side of the industry, and soon found a new family ""IN THE FASTLANE"".
